Clown Party – A costume that can be made quickly and easily without too much financial investment is a clown costume. Clowns can be mimes, unicyclists, storytellers, jugglers, face painters, puppeteers and more! Children love the circus and all of the trappings that go with it. An easy and inexpensive party to throw is a clown-themed birthday party. Clowns are popular for children’s birthday parties so you won’t have trouble finding accessories and decorations. You can hire a professional clown or simply dress up like one. Becoming a clown can be a lot of fun! Putting together the base of a clown costume is as simple as wearing over-sized clothes. Over-sized shirts can be stuffed with pillows. Slacks can be several sizes too big and held up with suspenders. Look for brightly colored and patterned clothing and accessories like socks, ties, bows, and belts. You want to make your costume as colorful as possible, as this will make it more fun. You will need a red clown nose and the most important part – clown makeup. Finish your outfit with an eye-catching wig and vintage sunglasses. You can find a huge red curly wig, a simple striped hat, or a big goofy rainbow wig.
