Shipping & Delivery:

Private Island Party ships all packages with a delivery confirmation number from USPS or UPS. You can find your delivery confirmation number on the confirmed order email sent to the registered email. Fell free to check the status of your order on the delivery confirmation number website. Order typically take 24 hours once it have been shipped to appear and update on the shippers website.

Tracking Number Updates:

Orders that have the key word "Accepted" in the order status, means that the package has been picked up by the postal carrier and shipped from Private Island Party's facilities. Please wait up to 24 hours from when it's marked "Shipped" for updates on tracking. The confirmation will change on the USPS website when it's "At The Postal / Your Postal Unit" and when it's "Delivered". Please reply with any other questions to welcome@privateislandparty.com. Private Island Party will reply as quickly as possible.

Refunds or Exchanges :

Are given at 1 month from when the order is shipped to return the item(s). There are no refunds after 1 month period has ended. Customers, please fill out a “Return Authorization Form” and send it with your email to welcome@privateislandparty.com Costumes, Lingerie, leggings and all clothing articles that come in contact with the body are not returnable due to Department of Health Standards. There is a 20% restocking fee for all orders that are 100 dollars or higher in value applied to your return.
