Private Island Party at Village Halloween Parade 2011
Private Island rose from the grave and to the occasion this year for the 38th annual NYC Village Halloween Parade. Drawing more than 30,000 costumed participants and an estimated 2 million spectators, the Halloween Parade is a cultural movement all its own.
