Have your own Patriotic Party not just July 4th

Patriotic Party – A patriotic theme party can be useful for any number of good occasions.
The more common ones are the holidays such as President’s Day, Flag Day and the 4th of July. The patriotic theme party is very easy to put together. The colors you should use are obvious: red, white, and blue. Basically you can take all of your ideas from the flag. Sparklers and fireworks are very popular but you can also use streamers, stars or anything that shines! If you want to fly an American flag, there are some things to remember. They are to be flown from sunrise to sunset, and only to be disposed of in fire as an honor.
Also on Memorial Day the flag is to be flown at half mast till noon. There are plenty of things your can purchase to make you party a success like noise makers, party sunglasses, banners, centerpieces, glow sticks, etc. If you really want to go all out, you could even dress for the party with striped skimmer hats, and bracelets. You can dress like Uncle Sam by wearing a patriotic top hat and a white beard. There are many other costumes such as the Statue of Liberty, the symbol of American Democracy. A traditional American dinner would be appropriate, and since these are warm-weathered holidays, barbecued foods would be a good choice. Hot dogs, hamburgers, lemonade and apple pie will be perfect!
