Shipping & Returns


 Shipping & Delivery:

Private Island Party ships all packages with a delivery confirmation number from USPS or UPS. You can find your delivery confirmation number on the shipping confirmation sent to the registered email. Feel free to check the status of your order on the delivery confirmation number website. Orders typically take 24 to appear on shippers website (USPS, FEDEX) . Orders usually are recieved same day as ordered and processed and shipped the next business day, if purchased by 1130AM EST, order will ship out the same day :)

 If the Item is lost in transit, customers must file a claim with the Postal Office with tracking number and show proof to us that claim was filed. The USPS asks for your email address to send you claim information. After claim was filed, customer is eligible for refund or reship. 


 Drop Shipping:

To indicate you want your order to be dropshipped, add the phrase "drop ship" in the Order Instructions / Comments text box during the checkout process (This text box is on Step 5: Order Confirmation of the checkout process) No minimum order required, Private Island Party will drop ship your order anywhere in the USA and other available locations. There is no drop ship fee but you pay for the merchandise and the actual shipping cost. We do not include the name of our business and we do not include the invoice with the rate you paid. We send the purchaser a tracking number. We do not accept returns of used clothing articles that have come in contact with the body and all returns and exchanges are at the purchaser's expense. 



Refunds or Exchanges:

 Internet images and descriptions may not always accurately reflect the color, style, packaging or size or description of a particular product. Customers, please fill out a “Return Authorization Form” and send it with your email to welcome@privateislandparty.com No returns will be accepted past 30 days from delivery. Any Product that comes back "not new" will be inspected for contact with skin, tags displacement, comes back damaged, washed, stained or any arrangement thereof is not returnable for any reason and will be stamped in violation of Dept of Health  standards. We reserve the right by customer purchasing to refuse refund even after sent back to us if item is not new on return. Applicable Terms set forward on this site will prevail.  Additionally, Costumes, lingerie, leggings, and all clothing articles that come in contact with the body are not returnable due to Department of Health Standards. All returns must be authorized. When returning a product for replacement, refund, or credit you have three options. (1) You may return an unused and unopened product for exchange for the same in the same size, smaller size, or bigger size (please specify). If a replacement item cannot be provided, you will receive a non- expiring store credit. If the total return value exceeds $49.00, a $5.00 Handling Fee will be charged or if  total return value exceeds $99.00 or more, a $8.00 Handling Fee will be charged before item can be returned.  (2) You may return an unopened and unused product for a refund that will be subject to the following charges: a 30% restocking fee; the original shipping charges, the return shipping charges, and charges for any product not returned.(3) You may request a non-expiring store credit of 100% of the product that is being returned that is unopened and unused minus any shipping related charges.

Tracking Number Updates:

Orders that have the key word "Accepted" in the order status, means that the package has been picked up by the postal carrier and shipped from Private Island Party's facilities. Please wait up to 24 hours from when it's marked "Shipped" for updates on tracking. The confirmation will change on the USPS website when it's "At The Postal Unit:  Your Postal Unit" and when it's "Delivered". UPS/FEDEX has a similar procedure.
