I needed cat ears for a party and ordered the LED ears. Even though they were out of stock I received a prompt email notifying me of their inventory issue. They suggested a replacement and offered a refund. I took the replacement and the items were shipped right on time. Private Island Party even refunded me the difference without me having to chase them around. For the price the ears are perfect and will look great in the club.
